The Book

This book has been in the making for 20 years. Not as a project โ€” as a slow unfolding. A whisper that became a voice. A shadow that became light.

It is designed as a reversible volume. One side: The Dark Side โ€” where the struggle lives. Flip it over: The Enlightened Side โ€” where the answers breathe.

These are not poems written for literary acclaim. They are transmissions โ€” from one soul to another, across the veil that separates the seen from the unseen.

Some books are meant to be read. This one is meant to be felt.

Selections
01
The Weight of Wings
I carried my wings for so long They became heavy with dust I thought I was earthbound Until I remembered: The wind never forgets those who were born to fly I am not falling I am learning that gravity was only a suggestion
Awakening ยท Surrender ยท Gravity
02
The Guest House
This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they are a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
Rumi ยท Presence ยท Acceptance
03
The Space Between
Between the breath in and the breath out there is a silence older than time I have been searching for God in temples and texts when all along He was waiting in the pause Not in the prayer but in the space between two prayers where even the words have surrendered
Divine Feminine ยท Stillness ยท Breath
04
The Mirror
I looked into the mirror and saw a stranger He had my eyes but not my pain "Who are you?" I asked He smiled and said: "I am who you become when you stop looking for yourself in other people's reflections" The mirror is not glass It is truth and truth, my friend, is the only thing that shatters without breaking
Shadow Work ยท Self-Discovery ยท Truth
The 11:11 Moment
11:11
At 11:11, the veil is thinnest. Take a breath. Send a light. Someone, somewhere, is breathing with you.
The Echo Wall
"I read 'The Weight of Wings' at 3 AM, crying. I had forgotten I could fly."
โ€” A reader from Istanbul
"This book found me on the darkest night of my life. Now I keep it by my bed like a lighthouse."
โ€” From the Echo Wall
"I don't read poetry. But this... this felt like someone reached into my chest and held my heart gently."
โ€” First-time poetry reader
"The reversible design is genius. I start with the dark side when I'm struggling, flip to the light when I need hope."
โ€” Book club member, Dubai
